Your passports stay reachable and your data remains yours.
How to cancel
Paid plans have no minimum term. You cancel in text form by email to info@batterypass2027.eu or by letter, effective at the end of the current billing period.
What happens next
The account is downgraded to the Pilot plan. Existing passports remain and stay reachable through their QR code. Live API keys then stop working.
Take your data
You can export passport lists as CSV at any time. Read models, passports, events, components and evidence through the REST API. A test key is enough for reading as long as the account exists.
Final deletion
Final deletion only takes place at the account holder’s request in text form, after 30 days for reflection and unless retention or provision duties apply. The terms and the DPA are binding.
