How it works

From data sheet to QR code.

You don’t need an IT project. You start in the browser with the data you already have.

The process

Six steps, one after the other.

Clarify the obligation

The obligation check shows in two minutes whether you need a passport and which other obligations apply.

Create a model

You enter the master data once per battery model. The app marks the required fields for your category and shows what is missing.

Import serial numbers

A CSV file from Excel or your ERP is enough. A preview shows errors and duplicates, then each battery gets its own passport.

Issue QR codes

You print label sheets or download the codes as SVG and PNG. Scanning leads to the public passport page.

Maintain in operation

You record status and events such as repair or disposal per battery. Changes go into the audit trail.

Involve your team

Other people work with their own login. Your company data stays separate from other companies.

What to prepare

Have this at hand.

If something is missing, simply save and add it later.

  • Data sheets and safety data sheets for your battery
  • Details of manufacturer, model, chemistry and capacity
  • List of serial numbers, optionally with date, batch and place
  • A label printer or label sheets for testing

Find out in two minutes what applies to you.

The obligation check shows your obligations and deadlines. Free and without registration.
