No. Features with a clock icon are in preparation. If you definitely need one, we clarify the date with you before you buy.
What counts as one “passport”?
One passport corresponds to one individual battery with its own serial number. Repurposed or remanufactured batteries receive a new, linked passport – which counts as an additional passport.
What happens if I exceed my quota?
Additional passports are billed automatically at €0.04 each. You don’t have to move to a larger plan.
Do passports stay online if I cancel?
Passport pages must remain accessible for the lifetime of the battery. If you cancel, you receive all data as an export and agree with us how the accessibility of published passports will be ensured.
Is there a minimum term?
Pilot is free with no time limit. Starter and Pro can be booked monthly or annually, Enterprise by agreement.
